How Long Can I Store My Jam?

Jam should be stored in a cool room temperature area, such as a pantry. Our jam is made with low sugar and can be essentially stored for a year, be sure to check the best before date at the bottom of your jar. 

After opened, the jam should be stored in a refrigerator for up to 6 months. Remember these are all natural ingredients so separation is normal, just stir before serving.

What is Pectin?

Pectin is a natural fiber found in fruits and vegetables. When heated in the presence of a liquid it expands and turns into a gel, a great thickener for jellies and jams. Most pectin products are made from apples or citrus peels.*

Is Jam different from Jelly?

Yes it definitely is! Jam is made primarily with fruit that is mashed and made to perfection. Jelly uses concentrated fruit juice.
